I got into this because guesswork isn't good enough.

Most people don't get a real explanation of what's wrong with their PC — just a bill and a vague "it's fixed now." That never sat right with me.

I started fixing PCs for friends and family, then freelance, testing the actual fault before touching anything rather than guessing and replacing parts until something worked. That's still exactly how I work now — diagnose first, explain clearly, then fix.

Every repair that comes through gets logged in the logbook below — real cases, real fixes, nothing dressed up.
