Frequently asked questions

What if you can't fix it?

If a repair isn't possible or isn't worth it (e.g. the fix costs more than the part is worth), you only pay the €15 diagnosis fee — nothing else. I'll always tell you honestly if a repair doesn't make sense.

Do I need to be home or bring it somewhere?

Drop-off/pickup can be arranged, or in some cases I can come to you. We figure out logistics once you message me with your issue.

Will my data be safe?

Yes. If a repair involves wiping or reinstalling anything, I back up your data first and confirm with you exactly what's being kept before touching your drive.

What's the 7-day guarantee?

If the same issue comes back within 7 days of a repair, I'll fix it again at no extra charge. If it's a different, unrelated issue, that's treated as a new job.

How do I pay?

Cash, PayPal, bank transfer, or card on-site — whatever's easiest for you.
